Sony Ericsson Outs Bluetooth Watches For The Ladies
The last batch of Bluetooth watches from Sony Ericsson, the MBW-150 series, were for blokes only but the latest MBW-200 family have fashion and style stamped all over them because there are targeted at women. The watches rumble on your wrist when a call or message comes in, displaying caller ID and allowing you to mute the ringing when you notice it’s only your boss. You can also use the watch to control the music playing on your Bluetooth phone along with the volume. Designed by Fossil, the shiny watches come in three designs: Sparkling Allure, Contemporary Elegance and Evening Classic. They all feature “scratch resistant mineral crystal glass with an anti-glare coating for optimum readability and glow” and “a clear monochrome OLED display is invisible when not in use and clearly visible on a bright day so that you can see who is calling or which track is playing with ease”. Wondering which one is for you - or your loved one - then check out the three mildly famous ladies above. The Sparkling Allure Edition is for “the ultimate young and funky fashionista”, the Contemporary Elegance Edition is for “young professionals” and the Evening Classic Edition is for those with a “a classic yet casual profile”. Sheesh. Due out in time for Christmas. No prices yet. Still, they are water resistant up to 3 metres for when you fall in the water fountain after all that Christmas bubbly and posing.
